Today, April 12, is Look Up at the Sky Day. We did and saw plenty of rain clouds. It kind of stopped some of our plans. The kids and I were going to got to the library, but as we were driving along, it started raining too much. I didn't want to chance the windshield area getting too wet (I mentioned why in my post before this), so we had to come back and put the tarp back over the car. Tomorrow morning we'll be able to go, though.
Jr. had a birthday party to go to and luckily, it was within walking distance and it only sprinkled a little bit on the way there and on the way back.
So we had plenty of at home fun today. More Lego Batman (of course).
Homemade garlic chicken and bacon alfredo pizza. Jr. helped cut string cheese for the stuffed crust.

And the kids got to watch The Rescuers and The Rescuers Down Under while lying in their sleeping bags. Slumber Party in the living room!
It will be nice to drive around tomorrow and not worry if the car gets wet. I am glad that we got to go to some parks earlier in the week, though.
