July 10 was Teddy Bear Picnic Day. We took teddy bears for a walk in a park (and we didn't step on any bees for Don't Step on a Bee Day) but it was too hot to picnic there so we picnicked in the living room at home instead while watching "Les Miseranimals" on Animaniacs. Then we ate meat pies because it was National Kitten Day. If you're familiar with that episode of Animaniacs, you'll get why it's funny and sad at the same time.
