August 1 was National Mead Day and we don't drink mead so of course we had cream soda with dinner.
I found out that there is a National
Spider-Man Day and it was also August 1.
Yay for Spider-man!
August 2 was Coloring Book Day so of course Nichole did some coloring in a coloring book that day.
It was also American Family Day. That's us. We're an American family, with
Pioneer ancestors, living in the West. Ooh ooh. There's an idea for celebrating that one in the future- watch
An American Tail: Fievel Goes West. That's a story about an American family. They
are the pioneers in that movie.
August 3 was
National Watermelon Day so of course we had some with dinner. Jeremy cut up a big watermelon for us.
