June 21 was the Summer Solstice. Jeremy happened to pick the longest day of the year to invite me to go out after dark to look for common poorwills.
That meant the kids stayed up way too late while we were gone.
We didn't see any poorwills, though we did hear several, but we took a lot of selfies for National Selfie Day.
