Hearing all three children laughing in the other room because they are playing together nicely.
Joy is also being able to bake some bread and make dinner because all three children are playing together nicely.
August 22 is Be an Angel Day, and my children definitely are.
That surely IS joy. I love those moments.
ReplyDeleteExcept I kept getting distracted because they were being so cute. That and the applesauce I was using to bake the bread was in the back of the refrigerator and was frozen. Whoops. It took longer to make the bread and dinner than I had planned, but the kids were still angels.
ReplyDeleteJoy is photographing those happy playful moments so you can remember them when it's not so joyful. You do a good job at that!
