Celebrating with Food

November 2 was National Deviled Egg Day.

November 3 was Sandwich Day. We had sandwiches- whatever kind people wanted. Tuna, peanut butter, grilled cheese, whatever. Throughout the day, I repeated certain lines from Lilo and Stitch.

November 4 was King Tut Day. We made a pizza mummy. It was also National Candy Day. Yes, candy was eaten.

November 5 was Men Make Dinner Day. They did. There was dough left from the mummy braid from the day before so Jeremy made two pizzas and Jr. made orange rolls. Jr. Jr. and Lucky contributed with a couple things, too.

November 6 was Nachos Day.

 

King Tut Day 2017

November 4 was King Tut Day.  I checked out the old Batman Television Series with Adam West from the library and the kids had fun watching lots of episodes that day.  Hey, one of the villains is King Tut, right?  Perfect excuse.

We also ate taco mummy wraps.
