Left Handed Ballerinas with Birthdays and Anniversaries?

August 13 was International Left Handers Day. I wished my uncle a happy that holiday and had my mom wish it to my brother.
There were also a few birthdays and anniversaries that day. I wished more people happy those.
Nichole and I did go to an event at the Orem Library that night. It was watching a documentary about a Canadian ballet group doing a ballet of Anne of Green Gables. It was enjoyable.

Cheesy Penguins

Celebrating in January is great for menu planning.
Since January 20 is National Cheese Lover's Day, we decided to have cheese fondue for dinner.  We had plenty to dip in the cheese sauce including fish sticks since today is also Penguin Awareness Day.
After dinner, we turned on a penguin documentary from BBC Earth, Penguins  Spy in the Huddle.
It's a really fun one.

March Lions

March did not come in like a lion here. However, we did have a little something to do with lions. One of the servers at the Brick Oven is doing a documentary about Jeremy for a class at BYU. So, Jeremy is building a lion for the documentary. It's about halfway done. They're going to film some more later.

When it's done, it should look similar to this:

I wouldn't be surprised if we got a big storm sometime soon, but for now, we'll enjoy this kind of lion.

What's the weather like in your area? Lion? Not so lion?
