A Couple More March Holidays

Beware the Ides of March which we celebrated on March 15 with Caesar Salad.

On March 16, however, we celebrated Artichoke Hearts Day with alfredo pizza. Mmmmm. Sooo good. 

Artichoke Hearts Day 2021

March 16 was National Artichoke Hearts Day. Time for chicken alfredo pizza with artichoke hearts. Yumm. I ended up making four pizzas. One pepperoni, one BBQ, and two alfredo.

So so yummy. I haven't done four pizzas at a time in a while. It took some time but I was pleased with the results.
