Tender Hearts

I can talk about this now because Jeremy had a root canal this morning and is no longer in pain.
Before it, in the past few weeks, he had some really bad toothaches.  One night I had a meeting and came home to find him in so much pain.  My poor husband.  The kids were doing what they could to try to make him feel better.  A couple of the kids made "get well" notes for him.
Nichole let me know that on this one she made the "o"s into "I-V profen."  He's been taking a lot of ibuprofen lately to help with the pain.

Lucky was trying to give him hugs.
Jr. Jr. did his dance for him since his dance makes the world a better place.
Sweet sweet children.  Such blessings.
I am so grateful for their tender little hearts.  They saw that he was having trouble and did what they could for him.  I'm also grateful that the dentist did what he could for him, a more permanent solution.
Besides my children, I'm grateful for all the people who prayed for him and gave him priesthood blessings, and offered advice on what things relieve some of the pain.  You are all blessings to us.  Thank you.

Escape Artists

Harry Houdini's Birthday, March 24.  I had Jeremy pick up "I, Houdini" from the library for me.  It's a book about an escape artist hamster who is named after you know who.  I read it when I was a kid.

Jr. had a tooth that decided to be an escape artist this evening, as well.  Jr. told us he had a tooth that was getting really loose and the next thing we knew, he was showing us the tooth in his hand.  I'm guessing later on tonight, the tooth will do a vanishing act and a gold dollar coin will appear in its place.
Jr. was very pleased about getting to use his tooth pillow for the first time.  The first time he lost a tooth I hadn't sewn his pillow yet.  Luckily he lost it at school and got a special tooth necklace to put it in.  This time I was prepared.

Loose Teeth Everywhere

Nichole's been working on another loose tooth.  Last night it was VERY loose, but it didn't come out.  This morning as she was eating breakfast it did come out.

Jr. came home from school with his first tooth out.  What?  I didn't even realize he had a tooth that was loose.  Apparently, when Jr. realized his tooth was loose, he was a little more vigorous with trying to get it out.  Is it a little boy thing?  He got to the point where he just yanked it out.

We had a friend come home with the kids today.  She's working on her first loose tooth as well.  I think hers will take a little longer to come out.  She's not quite as enthusiastic about the idea of yanking it out.

These loose teeth.  They're everywhere.

What In The World?

 Nichole'  s typing:
Look at this! Is it exciting?!

 It is out!

 A pillow.

Smaller than a penny.

 Two cards.

Tooth Fairy!

 A dollar!

I like to shine.
