Monte Cristo Day (Observed)

September 17 was Monte Cristo Day. We observed it over the next two days. One day we watched The Count of Monte Cristo. The next day we made Monte Cristo Sandwiches, a recipe from The Food Nanny.

That's an amazing big sister and multi-tasker, holding a sleeping baby and eating her sandwich. Love her.
