More Celebrations

March 9 was National Meatball Day.
Jr. had an orchestra festival that day. Jeremy, Nichole, Jet, and I were able to watch.
This was Jet's reaction to seeing his brother on the TV.

March 10 was National Mario Day. Jeremy pointed out that is was March 10. Mar10. That spelled "MARIO." The kids wanted to play Mario video games but they didn't get to. They did get to watch a movie with popcorn for Popcorn Lover's Day.

March 11 was World Plumbing Day. Who is our favorite Italian plumber? Mario, of course. So the kids finally got to play Mario video games.

Speaking of video games, March 12 was Plant a Flower Day so I played Plants vs. Zombies.
What do you think? Think I'm ready for that final wave of zombies?

I also played Plants vs. Zombies on March 13, National Jewel Day. I just had to get that jewel.
March 13 was also Open an Umbrella Indoors Day. Jr. helpfully posed for pictures.
Mom: Do you want to show your face?
Jr.: No, thanks.
Mom: You are getting sleepy.

Open an Umbrella Indoors Day 2021

Saturday, March 13, was National Open an Umbrella Indoors Day. It was a snowy day. We didn't use umbrellas outside. We went for a drive, though. We were scouting out parks we'd never been to before and ended up at a park we've been to multiple times. Not everyone got out because of the weather.

Later I had fun with the holiday. Of the pictures Jr. took of me with the umbrella, Jr. Jr. picked these pictures to share on the blog:

Tasty Umbrellas

Today was National Open an Umbrella Indoors day. So we opened an umbrella and shoved it through the hangar doors...
of our mouths. Yum!
