This is My Life

Sometimes I feel I can be very productive. The other day, I took a walk to the post office to mail a letter. Jet was asleep. Jeremy was home. I got exercise and something done at the same time.

Sometimes I feel I can take a break and give Jet attention that he needs. Even if that means stopping to let him sit on my lap for a while.

And sometimes I try to be productive (or just eat my food) and someone makes it not so easy.

I wouldn't give it up, though. I love being a mom. It is one of the greatest blessings I have. I choose this.

Choices Lead to Consequences

We've been teaching Jr. Jr. that choices lead to consequences.  Bad choices lead to bad consequences.  Good choices lead to good consequences.  So when he was the only child to clear off and wipe down the table this evening, he was the only child to stay up later and do a puzzle while the others got sent to bed.

May 11 is Jigsaw Puzzle Day after all.

To My Little Boy

I am so proud of you.  You made such a good choice to be baptized today and I'm so glad I was able to celebrate with you.
Keep making those good choices to follow our Heavenly Father and Savior, Jesus Christ.
