We stopped in Idaho again on our way back to Utah.
We were able to stay longer and go meet up with more friends at a park. Thanks again, friends.
We got to Utah on Pioneer Day, the 24th of July. We moved to a place in Orem where we had a good view of local fireworks from the front lawn.
A couple days after we got back, neighbors a few doors down came over to invite us to a BBQ a few days later. It was fun to meet some new people and make some new friends.
It's a nice neighborhood and we have a really nice ward. We felt very welcomed from the moment we came.
It's nice to finally have a yard.
Our new place also has a backyard and we were able to hang up a bird feeder. Yippee! It's so nice to be able to sit down, relax, and watch birds right next to our home.
We've had fun indoors as well.
Since we've been back in Utah, Jeremy and I have had the chance to go out on some birding trips and the kids have even joined in on some birding activities (potluck, for example).
Jeremy even made a trip to Lake Powell to see a blue footed booby (first ever seen in Utah).
So here we are back in Utah.
