Sometimes I wonder how my son ever fit inside me (I'm somewhat petite but he was a big baby). Then I see him get in this position
and I realize- Oh, yeah, I guess he could fit. And that's why I looked like I had a basketball in my belly at the end of my pregnancy. Or a pumpkin as he was an October baby.
I always wonder how kids can sleep in such positions but they seem to like it. I wonder when we outgrow that.

ReplyDeleteIt seems at times he is much calmer when he's in that scrunched up position as compared to more spread out. Must be the feeling he was used to when he was inside me.
